      1. Sign In to YouTube: Go to YouTube and ensure you’re signed in to the Google account associated with your YouTube channel.
      2. Access YouTube Studio: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner. In the dropdown menu, select “YouTube Studio.”
      3. Navigate to Customization:
        • In YouTube Studio, look to the left sidebar and find “Customization.” Click on it.
      4. Choose Your Profile Picture:
        • In the “Customization” menu, you’ll see various options for customizing your channel. Click on “Basic Info.”
      5. Edit Profile Picture:
        • You’ll see your current profile picture at the top of the “Basic Info” page. Hover over it, and you’ll see an “Edit” button (pencil icon). Click on it.
      6. Upload a New Picture:
        • You can now choose to upload a new profile picture from your computer. Click “Upload photo” and select the image you want to use as your profile picture.
