Nuq4 Influencer Program Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Nuq4 Influencer Program. In this agreement, the term “Influencer” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Nuq4” refers to Nuq4, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Nuq4 Influencer Program, you confirm that you have read this agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to an Influencer, the customer must complete the purchase using the Influencer’s unique link or coupon code. The current commission rate is a flat $2 per product sold. Additionally, customers using an Influencer’s link or coupon code will receive a $2 discount on their purchase. Commission rates are subject to change in the future.

Payments

Influencer earnings will be automatically added to their Partner Program after 7 days. Influencers can request a payout when their balance reaches a minimum of $25 USD. Payout requests can be made each time the balance reaches $25. Payments will be reviewed, processed, and sent to the Influencer’s added withdrawal payment method in partner program.

Refunds

Most Nuq4 products are digital and non-refundable. However, if a refund is issued for any reason, the corresponding commission earned by the Influencer will be deducted from their balance.

Usage and Obligations

Influencers are permitted to use the Nuq4 brand and marketing resources, including image posters, available in the Influencer section of the Nuq4 website. These materials cannot be modified. The Influencer does not gain any trademark, copyright, or other rights to these materials.

Influencers must not:

  • Imply they are acting on behalf of Nuq4.
  • Advertise Nuq4 products directly.
  • Bid for advertisements that compete with Nuq4.
  • Represent themselves, Nuq4, or their relationship with Nuq4 in a false or misleading way.
  • Engage in the distribution of unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Nuq4.

Term and Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice. Influencers may request termination through the Nuq4 contact us page.

  • If the Influencer terminates the agreement, no further commissions will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
  • If Nuq4 terminates the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the Influencer within 60 days of termination. Balances smaller than $25 will be forfeited.

Modification

Nuq4 may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Influencer Program rules.
