Nuq4 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The Nuq4 Giveaway is a special promotional event where members can participate for a chance to win exciting prizes. Nuq4 has implemented specific rules to ensure everyone has a fair shot at winning.

When you enter a Nuq4 Giveaway, these Nuq4 Giveaway Rules explain the different rules and steps you need to follow. You consent to be governed by these guidelines by participating in a Giveaway. We strongly recommend that, before entering Nuq4 Giveaway, you thoroughly read and understand them all.

Global Rules

If the English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and Malayalam versions of these rules don’t agree with each other or are different in some way, the English version will be the one that counts.

If the instructions on the online services, promotional materials, and/or advice are different from these rules, these rules will take precedence to the extent that they are different.

Entering Nuq4 Giveaway

These rules govern everything between before the giveaway takes place and your participation in Giveaway.

By becoming a member, you will receive 1 complimentary entry ticket to the Nuq4 Giveaway.

You may only enter the Giveaway if you meet the following criteria:
are at least 18 years old.
are not barred from entering by the laws of your jurisdiction of domicile or the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of entry;
Have Nuq4 membership.
Always follow these rules and terms.

and you are not:

a stockholder, manager, or manager’s employee;
the representative of the government, the independent adjudicator, or the Giveaway manager;
a third party, contractor, or consultant hired by the manager to assess the Giveaway’s insurance, audit, and security processes;
a member of the immediate family of individuals
a citizen of a sanctioned or embargoed country
on a worldwide list of sanctioned and high-risk persons

To enter the Giveaway, you must first select 1 number in each line. You must confirm your selected numbers; once submitted, you will be entered into the Nuq4 Giveaway and will not be able to cancel or edit your entry.

On becoming a member, Each new member will get only 1 complimentary ticket to enter into Nuq4 Giveaway. All successful entries will be displayed in “My Entries” section. If you do not receive your entry in “My Entries”, it is possible that it was not registered on the central computer system and is therefore invalid. Please check Your account to ensure that Your entry was successfully submitted if You have not received an acknowledgement. Please contact customer support if you are unable to see it.

A participant has no general right to enter a Giveaway. Nuq4 reserves the right to deny entries and/or limit the number of entries you may submit without providing a reason. This is promotional event and Nuq4 has right to shut down Nuq4 Giveaway event anytime without providing a reason.

Giveaway Results

The winning numbers for Nuq4 Giveaway will be made available as soon as possible via the online services and customer support. The winning numbers will also may be publicized in other ways as determined by us on a case-by-case basis. If Nuq4 fail to publicize the winning numbers or notify holders of winning entries, You will have no claim for reimbursement; it is entirely Your responsibility to cross-check your entries against the winning numbers.

Nuq4 will not be liable for any typographical, printing, or other errors in any announcement or publication, or in any publication or announcement of the amount of prizes in a Giveaway (including, without limitation, where the announcement or publication is made before the amount to be paid in prizes is finalized).

If there is a conflict between the winning numbers released on the online services and/or other announcements or publications and the official winning numbers held on the central computer system, the latter shall take precedence.

If the final verified number of winning entries differs from the first announced number of provisional winning entries, the prize money paid to such winners may alter.

Nuq4 Giveaway

Nuq4 Giveaway has three prize categories:

Three in a Row: The participant has successfully matched first three numbers (left to right) from the Nuq4 Giveaway winning numbers.

Halfway Jackpot: The participant has successfully matched first four numbers (left to right) from the Nuq4 Giveaway winning numbers.

Grand Master: The participant has successfully matched all five from the Nuq4 Giveaway winning numbers.

In Nuq4 Giveaway, the “Grand Master” Prize will be up to $1,000,000 (one million USD). The “Grand Master” Prize will be distributed evenly among all “Grand Master” winners.

The “Halfway Jackpot” Prize will be up to $100,000 (one hundred thousand USD). The “Halfway Jackpot” prize will be distributed equally among all “Halfway Jackpot” winners.

Each winner of “Three in a Row” will get up to $5000 (five thousand USD).

Participants who match numbers from the Nuq4 Giveaway winning numbers will only be eligible to win in one prize category, but will be awarded the prize for the highest prize category won (i.e., if you are a “Grand Master” winner, you will only receive the “Grand Master” prize; you will not receive a “Halfway Jackpot” or “Three in a Row” prize).

Disclaimer:
The prize amount for the Nuq4 Giveaway is not fixed and may vary based on the total number of participants. Since this is a promotional event, the final prize pool will be determined by the level of participation. The more people join, the bigger the prize pot gets! This means the prizes has the potential to be truly amazing. The giveaway will be held next Friday at 18:00:00 UTC if there’s no “Grand Master” winner.

General

All prize winners will be contacted via email or contact number (provided in profile section), in-account communications, and, where applicable, push notifications. You are still in charge of claiming your prize.

Income taxes, including federal and state, may apply to any monetary prize and are the exclusive responsibility of the participant.

All parts of Nuq4 Giveaway, including prize winning, are subject to these Rules and the Additional Policies.

Payment of Prizes

These rules implicate the payment rules when you have won a prize.
Prior to awarding a prize, the entry must be validated in accordance with their validation standards, which may include checking Participants against a global list of high-risk and sanctioned individuals. Confirmation of an entry is not and will not be considered acceptable proof of your entitlement to a prize. Their determination of an entry’s legitimacy is final and binding.
Furthermore, prior to receiving a prize, you may be asked to provide:
complete and valid identity documentation; and/or
a legislative statement of ownership, rights, and conformity with applicable legislation.
Nuq4 shall only pay a prize based on the official winning numbers of the relevant Giveaway, and Nuq4 will not award a prize based on other results.
Following the relevant Giveaway, all prizes will be instantly paid to your winnings balance in your account, subject to verification of identification, proof of age, and entry validation.
To claim Your prize, you must request a cash withdrawal via an authorized financial institution or bank transfer. For further information, please see the Terms.
Payment of “Grand Master” prize will be made by bank transfer to an account in the USA.
You have until the withdrawal period (mostly 30 days) to withdraw your prize. Any prize that is not withdrawn before the end of the applicable withdrawal period will be forfeited and Nuq4 Giveaway event will be held again.
Payment of the prize to the winning account holder’s winnings balance releases Us, their officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and any other person or company authorized by Us to pay prizes from any subsequent obligation for payment of such prize.
seek evidence of prize entitlement (including, but not limited to, identifying information, proof of identity, residency, or location while entering a Giveaway, and ability to claim);
invite a court to decide who should get a prize and/or make payment in court;
declare an entry invalid (and, as a result, you will not be required to pay any prize) if:
a transfer or withdrawal request is not received before the end of the applicable withdrawal period (30 days); The entry is broken, has been tampered with in whole or in part, or violates their validation and security standards.
Nuq4 reserves the right to refuse and will not be obligated to pay a prize to a participant if: Nuq4 have reason to believe you are committing any illegal, improper, or objectionable act, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, collusion, or cheating of any kind and You are unable or fail to provide the necessary identifying paperwork when withdrawing a prize.
If a prize is awarded to someone who does not meet the eligibility requirements, that person must promptly reimburse us upon their request. Nuq4 has the right to retrieve any prize that was mistakenly paid.
Nuq4 shall not be accountable or liable to anybody who claims a prize that was paid to someone who usurped the identity of the applicable account holder.
No interest will be paid on any prize under any circumstances.
Prizes will be paid in full only to the registered holder of the account with the winning entry, unless you are a person with a legal, physical, or other disability and are claiming a prize, in which case Nuq4 may award the prize to your approved representative at their sole discretion.
In the event that an account holder dies, a person may withdraw a prize on behalf of the deceased’s estate if they can demonstrate (for example, by providing a grant of probate) that they are authorized to do so.
All prizes will be paid out in USD in the amount specified by Us as the total amount owed for that winning entry. If you desire to receive your prize in a currency other than USD and withdraw it from outside the USA, relevant exchange rates, conversion, and receiving bank costs will apply. “Grand Master” Prizes will only be deposited into a USA bank account due to anti-money laundering rules and restrictions (an authorized financial institution can assist with account opening if required).
Nuq4 disclaims all duty to Syndicate Members, including any explicit or implied guarantees, whether spoken or written. By entering a Giveaway, you understand that Nuq4 has made no guarantee that they will be liable for or have any obligation for any alleged claim from a Syndicate Member. To prevent ambiguity, Nuq4 shall only be responsible for any legitimate claim made by the registered holder of the account that contains the winning entry.
You are: liable for the payment of any prize to any Syndicate Member, except for a prize arising from a winning entry, which is payable exclusively to the registered holder of the account containing such a winning entry; and obligated by any agreement between the account’s registered holder and any Syndicate member.

Winners’ Information

These are specific rules for the winners.

By participating in the giveaway, you grant Nuq4 permission to publicly disclose and publish Your personal data (including name, city of residence, nationality, photos, and the amount of the prize won) on any media platforms (including, without limitation, the Online Services and their social media platforms) at their sole discretion. Nuq4 may disclose this information to any person(s) and in any mode or manner Nuq4 deems appropriate. You agree to participate in any publicity for Your win that Nuq4 reasonably request (including, but not limited to, all types of interviews, filming (e.g., show attendance), appearances on all media channels, and other related media activities).Furthermore, as a top-tier prize winner, you will be asked to agree to and sign their publicity waiver release. Your prize will be forfeited and Nuq4 Giveaway event will be held again if you refuse to allow us to publish such information and/or participate in reasonable publicity.
In exceptional circumstances, Nuq4 may keep Your identity private, but only if You can demonstrate, to Our satisfaction and sole discretion, a high risk of harm if this information is made public.
You understand and accept that Nuq4 may disclose Your information and the details of any prize claimed by you, on your behalf, or paid to you to a third party if required by law or in accordance with the terms of their top prize insurance.

Giveaway Postponement and/or Closure

If Nuq4 consider it acceptable, they may postpone Giveaway for as long as they believe it is suitable given the circumstances. In some cases, the Nuq4 Giveaway will be delayed, and people will be able to enter the delayed Giveaway after the usual deadlines.

Nuq4 has the right to declare the closure, withdrawal, or suspension of the Nuq4 Giveaway at any moment without any prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our only obligation is to pay the Prizes won in Nuq4 Giveaway to the rightful owners of winning Entries. We will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss of whatever nature other than, subject to Rule 2, the non-payment of a Prize to the rightful owners of winning Entries.
We shall not in any circumstances be liable for any loss, direct or consequential or damage incurred by any Participant or any other person arising from the participation by any person in Nuq4 Giveaway. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of this rule, We shall not be liable to any person for:
1. events beyond Our reasonable control and expectations (for example, without limitation, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, power cut and/or failure or obstruction of any network, broadcasting or telecommunications service);
2. the failure or destruction of, or damage to, all or part of the Central Computer System or Our records or any third party;
3. any mistakes caused by all or part of the Central Computer System or Our records or any third party;
4. delays, losses, mistakes, or omissions in or made by the banking system (including for the avoidance of doubt, any secure payment provider);
5. any other action or event which prevents or hinders the issue of a valid Entry (including without limitation the failure of the Online Services to display correctly on any device used to view it).
Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits
(a) any person’s liability (i) for fraud(b) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

General

These are general rules covering the relationship between you and Nuq4.

The reasonable exercise of any discretion granted to Us by these Rules, such as the selection of a winning entry or the payment of a prize, will be final and binding, unless otherwise required by law.
Nuq4 reserves the right to withhold a prize and/or make an equivalent payment to the court until the dispute is resolved.
If a court with the right authority decides that a rule (or part of a rule) is invalid and/or unenforceable, that decision only affects that rule (or part of a rule) and does not make the other rules invalid or unenforceable.
You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations under these Rules, including the right to a prize, in whole or in part. Any assignment or transfer made by you is void. Nuq4 may assign or transfer their rights and/or responsibilities under these Rules in whole or in part to any third party at their sole discretion.
A person who is not a party to these rules has no rights to enforce any provision of them unless Nuq4 assigns or transfer their rights and/or obligations under them.
Nuq4 has the right to change these rules at any moment.

Nuq4 rules are set to provide everyone with an equal opportunity to win. You must read and understand them, especially if you are a big prize winner, because your details might need to be shared with the public and you have to follow some ethics.
