This thick, toxic haze significantly reduces visibility and poses severe health risks. Vehicular emissions, including carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter (PM2.5), are a primary source of this smog.
    2. Public Health Crisis: Air pollution leads to a rise in respiratory illnesses, heart diseases, lung cancer, and other health complications among the city’s residents. This project aims to mitigate these health hazards by reducing harmful emissions.

      • If a vehicle fails the test, emitting excessive pollutants, it may receive a Red Sticker or be given a grace period (e.g., 7 days) to undergo necessary maintenance or tuning.
