    Ingredients:

    • 3 ripe avocados
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup diced onion
    • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare Avocados:
      • Cut avocados in half and remove seeds. Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
    2. Mash Avocados:
      • Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
    3. Add Lime Juice and Salt:
      • Squeeze lime juice over the mashed avocados. Add salt. Mix well.
    4. Add Onion, Cilantro, and Garlic:
      • Stir in diced onion, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic.
    5. Add Tomatoes:
      • Gently fold in the diced tomatoes.
    6. Adjust Seasoning:
      • Taste the guacamole and add more salt or lime juice if needed. For extra heat, add cayenne pepper.
    7. Serve:
      • Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent browning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    8. Enjoy:
      • Serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, or alongside your favorite dishes. Enjoy your homemade guacamole!

    Pro Tips:

    • Choose ripe avocados for better texture.
    • Customize with additional ingredients like diced jalapeños for extra spice.
    • Experiment with ratios to suit your taste preferences.
