     • Your Information: View and manage the information that Facebook uses to show you ads.
     • Ad Settings for Data Collection Partners: Adjust your ad settings for specific data collection partners.
5. Make Your Changes:
   • Click on the section you want to edit and follow the on-screen instructions to make changes to your ad preferences.

On Mobile (Facebook App):

1. Open the Facebook App: Launch the Facebook app on your mobile device.
2. Access Ad Preferences:
   • Tap the three horizontal lines (the menu icon) in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
   • Scroll down and tap “Settings & Privacy.”
   • Then, tap “Settings.”
3. Navigate to Ad Preferences:
   • Scroll down and tap “Ad Preferences” under the “Privacy” section.
4. Edit Your Ad Preferences:
   • Here, you’ll find various options similar to those on the desktop version.
   • Tap the section you want to edit and follow the on-screen instructions to make changes to your ad preferences.

Facebook provides a feature that allows you to download a copy of your data, including posts, photos, videos, and more. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to Facebook: Go to www.facebook.com and log in to your Facebook account if you’re not already logged in.
2. Access Your Facebook Settings:
   • Click on the downward-facing arrow in the top-right corner of the Facebook page.
   • From the drop-down menu, select “Settings & Privacy” and then click on “Settings.”
3. Download Your Information:
   • In the left-hand menu, click on “Your Facebook Information.”
4. Request a Copy of Your Information:
   • Under the “Download Your Information” section, you should see an option that says “View” next to “Download Your Information.” Click on “View.”
5. Select Data Range and Format:
   • Choose the data range you want to download. You can select a specific date range or download all of your data.
   • Select the format for your download. HTML format is user-friendly for browsing, while JSON format is useful for developers or if you plan to transfer your data to another service.
6. Choose Media Quality:
   • You can choose whether to include photos and videos in high quality or all your media files.
7. Choose Additional Options:
   • You can also choose to include other categories of information, such as comments, likes, and more. Be mindful that selecting too many options may result in a larger file size.
8. Create File:
   • After making your selections, click on the “Create File” button.
9. Authentication: You may be asked to enter your Facebook password to confirm your identity.
10. Download the File:
    • Facebook will then start creating a copy of your data. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for download.
    • Once your data is prepared, click the notification or return to the “Download Your Information” section.
    • Click “Download” to save the file to your computer.

Keep in mind that the time it takes to create your data file depends on the amount of data you’ve generated on Facebook over time. Once you’ve downloaded your data, it’s a good practice to store it in a secure location, as it contains personal information.
