2. Nuq4 Gift Card

2.1. Acceptance

By purchasing, accepting, or using a Nuq4 Gift Card (“Gift Card”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Redemption

  • Gift Cards can be redeemed at Nuq4.com.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cash equivalents, or applied to a credit card account.
  • Any unused balance remains on the Gift Card.

2.3. Risk of Loss

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card.
  • Nuq4 is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Gift Cards.

2.4. Validity

  • Gift Cards may have an expiration date as specified on the card or at purchase.
  • Unused balance on expired Gift Cards will be forfeited.

2.5. Returns and Refunds

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by law.

2.6. Limitation of Liability

  • Nuq4 is not liable for any unauthorized use of a Gift Card.
  • Nuq4’s liability is limited to the remaining balance on the Gift Card.

2.7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, US.

2.8. Severability

  • The revised Terms and Conditions will be effective for all Gift Cards issued after the revision date.

3. Refund

3.1 Non-Refundable Digital Products

All Digital Products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This means that once you purchase a Digital Product, you cannot cancel your order or receive a refund.

3.2 Reasons for Non-Refundability

Digital Products are non-refundable for the following reasons:

  • Instant Delivery: Once you purchase a Digital Product, you are immediately granted access to the product. You cannot return the product or request a refund once you have downloaded or accessed the product.
  • Nature of Digital Products: Digital Products are intangible and cannot be physically returned. Once you have downloaded or accessed a Digital Product, you have a permanent copy of the product.
  • Protection of Intellectual Property: Digital Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Refunding Digital Products would allow customers to obtain unauthorized copies of the products.
