Despite earlier speculation and controversy, Hania Aamir will not be removed from ‘Sardar Ji 3’ by artificial intelligence or any other means.
The official trailer for “Sardar Ji 3” has been released, and Hania Aamir is prominently featured in it, confirming her role in the film. The film’s makers and lead actor Diljit Dosanjh have addressed the controversy surrounding her casting, stating that the film was shot in February 2025, before the recent escalation of tensions between India and Pakistan and the subsequent ban on Pakistani artists in India.
Due to this controversy and the casting of other Pakistani actors, “Sardar Ji 3” will not be released in Indian cinemas. It is scheduled for an overseas-only release on June 27, 2025.
